Apart From Lou Sang, What Can We Eat On The 7th Day Of The Chinese New Year (Renri)?

What do people eat on the 7th day of the Chinese New Year?

Cantonese people eat sliced raw fish congee, Hakka people eat Lei Cha, Hokkien and Teochew people eat seven vegetable soup or seven vegetable dish. Malaysian and Singaporean Lou Sang is a combination of these origins.
The food culture of eating Lou Sang and seven vegetable dish is formed in the hope that the new year will be a prosperous one!

What makes it even more special is that some Penang people will eat Cheng-Hu which is quite similar to Malaysian Indian's Pasembur during the 7th Day of CNY. Why is that? Fresh fish Cheh-Hu is stuffed with shredded jellyfish and lettuce which signify good luck and prosperity!
