Internship for Marketing @ Marketing (Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities & Duties

  • To provide support in day-to-day operations.

  • To perform administrative task inclusive of data entry, follow up, and filing.

  • Social media marketing related tasks.

  • Website content developing.

  • Scanning documentation.

  • Renaming scanned documentation.

  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Knowledge, experience, and skills on photo and video editing is required.

  • Knowledge on photography and video shooting is required. You will need to assist creator for shooting and photography when needed.

  • Basic knowledge on Instagram and TikTok ads is an added advantage.

  • Candidates with no relevant content marketing experience are welcomed. Hands-on experience on Instagram and FB ads is an added advantage.

  • Minimum SPM holder for Malaysians. Students or graduates in Advertising, Marketing, Media, or Communications disciplines have an added advantage.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.

  • Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking, and problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

  • Fluent in writing & spoken communication in English and Mandarin.

  • Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem solving skills.

  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferable.

  • Based at Petaling Jaya.
