Admin Executive @ Operations
Location: Ulu Choh
Responsibilities & Duties
- Be responsible in data entry of document.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist Sales & Service team in handling private & confidential documents and filling.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
- Organise and monitor office set up and tidiness.
- Support in administering staff attendance & leave record.
- Organise event and function for office personnel.
- Assist management in consolidating reports.
- Provide general support to customer when required.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required Language: English & Mandarin.
- Required Skills: Communication & Listening Skills, Business Etiquette, Detail Oriented, and Organising Skills.
- IT Savvy: Yes.
- Travelling Requirement: No.
- Working Hours & Off Day: 6 days.
