Responsibilities & Duties

  • Be responsible in data entry of document.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist Sales & Service team in handling private & confidential documents and filling.
  • Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
  • Organise and monitor office set up and tidiness.
  • Support in administering staff attendance & leave record.
  • Organise event and function for office personnel.
  • Assist management in consolidating reports.
  • Provide general support to customer when required.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Required Language: English & Mandarin.
  • Required Skills: Communication & Listening Skills, Business Etiquette, Detail Oriented, and Organising Skills.
  • IT Savvy: Yes.
  • Travelling Requirement: No.
  • Working Hours & Off Day: 6 days.
